My approach supports processing of past and present difficulties while holding space for self-discovery and personal-growth. My coaching experience allows us to takes this a step further, working towards action-oriented goals. I have trained in both private counselling services and with the NHS and completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psycholology (2024).
