My desire to understand myself & others more fully brought me into contact with Psychosynthesis; a transpersonal modality which embraces the entire person as mind, body, & spirit. I believe our life’s journey is most importantly about becoming an integrated & authentic human being. I would describe myself as kind, calm, open, understanding & reliable. I work with people from all walks of life who may be struggling with questions, challenges or who are in a particular period of change. I offer the support to enable change & to connect with a sense of purpose, potential & freedom.
Issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction & loss of meaning can be messages - a longing for change. Distressing as these are, they require acknowledgement & attention. I believe that we all have the potential to recognise, engage and grow through the challenges which life presents us.
