I can help you make sense of events (past and ongoing) in your life and resolve complicated feelings linked to these. However, you don't have to be at crisis point or feel unwell to have counselling! Therapy can be used to better understanding of yourself, working to change things you want, increasing your self-esteem and for self-care.
I create a non-judgmental safe space to explore your world using empathy, honesty and unconditional positive regard so we can work through the thoughts, feelings & issues impacting you. Many counsellors offer this but what makes me different is my balance of gentle, playful curiosity and a robust calming demeanour so we can go to the places you need to go.
There is no one type of person issue that counselling works better with - there isn't a magic fixing wand for us to wave.
