My practice offers you a safe, supportive and confidential space where we can look at your feelings and thoughts. We will explore these together making gentle change. I work with a range of presentations: individual & relationship including psychosexual presentations (as a COSRT trainee psychosexual therapist) . My approach is Integrative ( combine approaches and modalities). I work with Individuals and with Couples. My practice is open to all seeking therapy regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race or age and I have undertaken training and I am registered PINK therapist supporting clients who identify as LGBTIQA.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I come with many years experience working with an array of presenting difficulties. As a couples therapist we can work together on communication, affairs, sex, menopause, post-partum issues amongst other issues the couple are navigating.
Together, we can explore and unravel some of the uncomfortable feelings and behaviors that are causing you distress and difficulty, we can make sense of patterns and processes and draw on tools and interventions that can give relief from your distress. With couple work, we can explore the working dynamics of your relationship and look to make lasting change.
