I am a fully qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor working in Belgravia/Victoria in Central London. I use a number of different theoretical approaches: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT, TA, Mindfulness, NLP and Transpersonal Approaches and I provide both short and long term therapy. Counselling is a journey; a special relationship that provides space for inner discovery, helping to develop potential and meaning. It is a non-judgmental and empathic space where issue can be transformed.
As a counsellor I feel so privileged to be part of my clients’ journey however short is the time that I am allowed to work alongside them. They decide the direction, whether it is to heal from past unresolved issues, work through trauma or explore and win through current struggles.
