I am an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist who runs Progress Psychotherapy. The service operates in Kilmarnock or UK wide if you prefer videocalls. My experience involves treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD low self-esteem, self-harm, BPD, DID and many other issues.
My practice is based on the values of clinical excellence and accessibility. I utilise cutting edge CBT treatment models as well as Schema, MBCT, DBT and CFT to give evidence based and effective treatments. I
I believe that everyone should be able to access mental health services. While most therapy services have a £40-80 per hour price range I never charge over £40 to ensure people aren’t locked out of therapy.
