I integrate elements from different therapeutic approaches into my practice, including Gestalt Psychodynamics, Neuroscience, and Mindfulness, to personalize each session to your specific needs and objectives. My main focus is on establishing a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship with you so that you feel heard and understood.
