I am here to help you explore your world, in your own way with warmth and without judgement. I offer a warm and safe space for you to explore anything you wish online or over the phone. I aim to help you feel comfortable, heard and accepted. Counselling can be be life changing and it's an opportunity to learn more about yourself. It’s a process that we'll go through together. We will hopefully be able to build a strong relationship which can help you towards a positive way of living.
I've been a qualified counsellor for over 13 years, and have 20 years experience of supporting people therapeutically across a range of sectors and services. I have specialist knowledge and experience of working with trauma, domestic abuse, sexual violence, grief especially around baby loss, anxiety and depression, building self esteem/self confidence.
It’s normal to experience nerves, anxiety, and fear, as well as many other thought processes when thinking about accessing counselling especially if it's for the first time.
