Going through difficult times at varying times in your life happens to most people. I offer a comfortable, safe, confidential environment to explore those difficulties with an aim to improve self-worth, confidence, and self-awareness. I am based in Kilmarnock, within walking distance of both the train station and bus station. I have personal experience of difficulties affecting mental well-being and have a desire to help others in similar situations.
I am a person-centre counsellor offering a confidential, safe space allowing the client to find the answers for growth and development. I will listen and together we will explore what is happening for you, thus allowing positive change to happen.
I offer a safe confidential environment thus allowing you to explore the issues you are coping with, giving room for growth and development, gaining in confidence and self-worth. I work from a non-judgemental perspective offering empathy, care and compassion.
