A warm, friendly counselling service specialising in children & young people. At Rewellness, our mission is to offer compassionate and inclusive counselling services to everyone, from children and young people to adults, families, couples & parents. Our counsellors are trained to connect with young clients in a way that makes them feel understood and valued. Each child is unique, and so are their needs. We use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and art therapy, to engage children in a manner that resonates with them.
At ReWellness, we take an holistic approach to mental health, considering all aspects of a young person's life. Our goal is to help others explore their feelings, build resilience, & develop healthy coping strategies. We collaborate with schools, medical professionals, and other support networks to provide comprehensive care that addresses the whole person.
