I can support you to live a more fulfilling, congruent life. I offer a warm, empathic and confidential space for you to work through your issues without judgement. We can work together to clarify your thoughts and prioritise your needs. This process enables you to challenge negative thoughts, helping you to live your life your way.
I welcome all adult clients, regardless of what you want to talk about. All my clients are very different people, coming from very different places. If I feel you need different help than I can provide for you I will recommend an alternative practitioner. Whatever you are feeling you are not alone. I can walk alongside you while learning how it is to be you.
