Repercia Therapeutic Counselling Services do not believe in ‘One size fits all’. because everyone is unique in their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, illness, attitude, appearance and the way they view the world. We have over ten years' experience helping people cope with and eventually overcome their mental health problems. Rather than struggle through difficult times on your own, don’t hesitate to reach out. We provide the place, space, and pace for you to feel safe in a therapeutic environment. Relationship will be build on respect, openness and trust with a robust adherence to confidentiality
The current economic situation has increased the risk of loneliness, isolation and neglect. We recognised the importance of counselling and the financial constraints within family. We will be offering a fixed term contract of six flexible counselling hours at a special rate and initial assessment at a one off cost.
We offer interventions that provide an atmosphere of acceptance, trust, confident and respect to help you attain a deep understanding of your self and achieve personal growth. It is also about you and your process and how you can help yourself to fulfil your potentials

Bereavement group
This monthly group will run Saturday afternoon 13:30-15:00. There will be a maximum of six people in the group. The group is facilitated by experienced registered BACP counsellors. The group will offer an opportunity for you to share with others who are experiencing similar challenges. It will provide a safe environment to explore your feelings and thoughts and work together at a pace that suit the group
