Life can be full of ups and downs and it can be hard to cope at times with the feelings of stress and overwhelm, as Jon Kabat-Zinn said "Wherever you go, there you are". I can help provide a safe space to explore and process any difficulties with the aim of improving overall mental and physical wellbeing.
I am a qualified Integrative therapist. This means that I use a variety of approaches in my counselling, including person centred, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic to meet the needs of the individual client. I have experience of working with a diverse range of clients, helping them to explore and cope with their challenges.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and working ethically is paramount to my practice. I have over 15years experience working in the social care, justice and education sectors with both adults and children.
