Hello, I'm Rebecca Rose and a warm welcome to you. Taking the first step is courageous and can also feel daunting. As a compassionate and dedicated counsellor I offer a free 15 minute discovery call to identify if I'm the right therapist for you. Finding the right support allows you to feel comfortable and safe, to explore and process your difficulties, emotions and experiences at your own pace.
I'm aware that even when feeling lost or not quite ourselves, we are all unique and you know yourself better than anyone else. My focus is to work collaboratively with you, to gain an understanding of your experiences, thoughts and feelings from your perspective, in order to support you towards a place of acceptance and peace.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship supports the effectiveness of therapy. I provide a welcoming and calm space, work empathically and without judgment to facilitate trust and a genuine relationship, that encourages open communication.
