It is often the case we feel, if we are carrying on as 'normal' then we are fine. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore, express or work out how to express anything you need to, I am here to really listen, see and hear you! Please feel free to contact me
My person-centered approach, centers around you as a person, looking holistically at your needs, and listening to what you feel, think and want to bring and take from the therapeutic sessions we have together. This can be for a short or long-term period, it really is about your needs here, and we will discuss this once we connect.
It can be hard to open up, share feelings and thoughts, I offer a safe and secure place for you to share feelings, that perhaps you have been unable to access, unlock or express for some time. Equally, I am here for those moments you need a little guidance, kindness, authenticity and support when lost, feeling alone and wanting to get back on track.
