I work with what you need in the room as I believe you are the expert of what is going on and using this to inform the way we tailor support to overcome what has brought you to therapy. I use an array of techniques to suit your needs working with anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship issues and long term illness.
I offer a judgement free environment to allow clients freedom to explore anything of their choosing. I work with a mainly person centered core modality offering conditions of empathy, congruence and firmly believe that the client is the expert in the room. I am Integratively trained so use multiple techniques to suit client needs.
The process of counselling can be daunting, but feel assured that I create a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for exploration of your choosing. In the space exploration will be guided at a pace that works for you, challenging parts to enable growth and change towards the outcomes of therapy you are seeking.
