Are you struggling with life and it's challenges? Maybe you are feeling anxious or depressed or maybe you are finding it difficult to make choices. We all find ourselves facing difficult situations at various times in our lives and sometimes having someone to listen can be all we need. I offer counselling to individuals who wish to explore the difficulties that they face in their lives in a safe, confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
I see all of my clients as unique, therefore, as an integrative counsellor, I use a variety of counselling approaches, to suit each of my clients’ needs. I have experience of helping clients deal with relationship issues, anxiety, self-harm, loss, suicidal feelings, low mood, depression and the impact of trauma. I work either short term or open ended.
I strongly believe in the development of building a trusting relationship with my clients. I believe that by offering warmth and understanding to my clients they are able to explore their difficulties without judgement. I see counselling as a mutual journey where I work alongside you as you work through your challenges.
