Hi, I’m Beck, and I’m a sex and relationship therapist. I am a GSRD specialist, and frequently work with non-monogamy, gender, sexuality and kink; as well as psychosexual and relationship therapy. I am also a neurodiversity affirming therapist, which means that you won't be pathologised for who you are or how your brain works in my practice. I help individuals and intimate partners to create relationships with themselves, each other and sex that they want, in a way that is congruent with their identity.
My role as a sex therapist is to help you identify your sexually authentic self, and the relationship you want to have with sex. I often work with clients who are struggling to accept part of their sexual (or non-sexual) identity, gender identity, or are experiencing shame around a kink or fetish.
As an intimate partner therapist, my role is to help people to connect with each other. I help couples and friends improve their emotional, romantic and sexual intimacy through tools, exercises and communication. I am a non-monogamy affirming therapist, and I often work with clients who are thinking about, negotiating or transitioning into non-monogamy.
