Since qualifying in 2016, I have specialised in supporting the LGBTQ+ community & women, & currently offer 1-1 psychotherapy & 1-1 cacao-assisted psychotherapy sessions. Issues I have particular experience working with include anxiety, depression, stress & burnout, trauma, loss & major life transitions, existential & spiritual exploration, relationship & family dynamics, abuse, the menstrual cycle & menstrual conditions (including PMS/PMDD/PME), fertility issues & miscarriage as well as pregnancy & birth. I also have specialist experience of working with the LGBTQ+ community & aim to provide a safe space for all.
My primary training focussed on dramatherapy, a type of arts psychotherapy. In addition to talking during therapy, we may also use techniques such as creative writing, artwork, metaphors, ritual, sand play, music & other creative ways of exploration. I also offer cacao-assisted psychotherapy and you can find further information about this on my website.
As a person-centred integrative therapist, I will work with you to explore, create & grow within our therapy sessions, providing you with a non-judgemental, safe space in which you can express your most true, authentic self. I look forward to connecting with you.
