The relationship created between you and your therapist is at the heart of helpful therapy. When your therapist enables you to think and feel in a safe, secure, non judgemental space, you can start to make sene of your thoughts, feelings and reactions. I will work with you, thinking about your relationships and experiences, how you feel and why.
