I understand that the decision to come to therapy can be very daunting, I offer counselling therapy in a safe, empathetic and confidential space, nestled in heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. I am passionate about helping individuals feel heard and understood through compassion and empathy. I am committed to work with clients to help them to understand often worrying or confusing thoughts and feelings. Untangling these can come as a great relief, leading to increased confidence, aiding in the ability to be in control of anxious thoughts and feelings, improved relationships, and a positive sense of wellbeing.
I am an Integrative therapist, using several different approaches including Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories which gives greater flexibility in providing unique therapy to each individual and their specific needs. I have experience many areas of emotional distress including: anxiety, stress, bereavement, abuse, depression, low self-esteem and more.
I am passionate about helping my clients lift their heavy burdens and anxieties by exploring thoughts and feelings with empathy and without judgement. I believe talking through worries and concerns can help clients gain a sense of perspective, enable positive change and give individuals confidence to live life to the full.
