I am a Psychosynthesis therapist, an approach combining psychodynamic & transpersonal psychotherapy. I work with all aspects of being – mind, body, feelings & spirit. Where appropriate & beneficial, I work experientially with the body; using elements of Gestalt such as chairwork; perhaps using drawing & guided imagery.
