I am an integrative counsellor: I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs. Exploring integration can also mean where our socio-political-cultural context shapes or meets our inner narratives. I adopt an intersectional perspective that invites GSRD and cross-cultural experiences. I maintain a creative, somatic practice and this can feature in therapy when the talking cure feels limited: where the non-verbal feels prevalent or when a ‘rehearsal for life’ feels useful.
