I have experience with working with various issues in clients aged 18+. I specialise in working with self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression and addiction. Taking the step in coming to counselling can often be a daunting one. As a counsellor I try to provide a welcoming, warm environment for my clients to feel safe in. I believe that every session is about the client and for the client. as such I will do my upmost to tailor the sessions to you and your needs.
You are the expert on yourself and your issues. I will be there to work with you in order to find the best solution in order to allow you to move forward and heal from whatever issues are effecting you. i will listen and work with you in order to ensure that you are getting what you need from each session.
The idea of counselling can be a scary one for most people and I understand that. coming through the door to talk to someone who you don't know can make us very uncomfortable.
