Hello, I'm Rachel. I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist. Are you looking for somewhere to talk and be heard, valued and cared for in a safe, welcoming environment? look no further! I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, calm and welcoming face-to-face and online space. I aim to meet you where you are and bring about healthy change now and in your brighter future. My practice is trauma-informed, and I hold all diagnoses with care and consideration whilst knowing they are not the whole story.
I am a compassionate and experienced integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. My practice is backed up by cutting-edge neuroscience and balanced with mindfulness and positive psychology to empower you on your healing journey. I hope to assist you in getting into the driver's seat of your life.
