Hello, Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. My name is Rachel and I am here to listen, my question for you is, do you feel heard? Being genuinely heard by someone, who is non-judgemental and empathic, can be an extremely powerful experience. You may be struggling with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, sad or angry, or maybe something else entirely but the important thing is that you don’t have to manage it alone.
I can provide a safe space for you to share whatever it is that life has thrown at you and we will go completely at your own pace. I am a person centred counsellor, which means that we will work together to talk through your problems.
I understand that counselling can be daunting, so I offer a totally free 15 minute, initial phone consultation so that you can ask any questions that you would like, and tell me briefly what is bringing you to counselling. I can tell you a little bit about the first session and you can see if you think we are the right fit.
