I use creative and somatic approaches to heal trauma and work life's challenges. I have an interest in nervous system regulation and polyvagal theory. I am a Movement Psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I specialise in the treatment of trauma and enabling people to move towards post traumatic growth and to live life fully after trauma.
