Hello and welcome. I’m Rachel, a Dorset based counsellor who provides therapy for adults (age 18+). I believe that we all deserve someone who can listen to us with compassion and without judgement when we need it. That’s where I come in. We aren’t supposed to do this alone. In sessions together I provide a warm and explorative space where you can be heard, understood and supported. Together we can make sense of what feels difficult in your world, bringing you deeper insight into your feelings, behaviours and relationships so you can live the best life you can.
My approach to counselling is humanistic integrative and I’ll draw on various theories and models in our work together, tailoring my approach based on what we discover works for you and always working at your pace. This might include breathwork and other body based or somatic tools that help to tend to both your mind and body.
