I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to each individual client. I assess each client’s situation and then consider which theories and tools and techniques will help them best. I can help people with a range of issues, and am also specially trained in grief and bereavement.
