I am a qualified psychotherapist and have been working in private practice since 1996. I offer a supportive, safe and confidential space where we can look together at what is troubling you. Throughout the years I have worked with many people of different ages, faiths and nationalities and with many different issues. I have found that ultimately it is the security and safety of the therapist/client relationship that is key to enabling healing and growth. My core stance as a therapist is humanistic and transpersonal which means that I look at the whole person; body, mind, feelings and spirit.
I offer a talking therapy but within that might also use drawing and other creative methods. I would always be guided by what is right for you. In the therapy we would pay attention to past experiences and the difficulties that have brought you to seek help but we would also start imagining the future you would like, and who you could be in that future.
