Are you suffering from the effects of trauma either in the past or more recently. These experiences can leave us with lasting emotional imprints negatively affecting how we live and robbing us of a rewarding and joyful life. I work in a safe and non-judgmental way, giving you the space to explore the challenges the trauma has caused you. Every person's needs are unique and I work with you as an individual, regular reviews ensure we are working towards your goals. I work to foster resilience and empowerment so that you can live your life on your terms.
I work with the effects of the following traumas; PTSD and complex PTSD, medical negligence, accidents or disasters, intergenerational abuse, childhood abuse, sexual violence as an adult. I offer an individualistic therapy working with you to understand and work through the negative lasting effects of the trauma. Together we build recovery and resilience.
Approaching a stranger to talk about your trauma is a hopeful reach into the unknown. I recognise how overwhelming it can be to think about this. Through our work together I will put our mutual collaboration to the front of our therapy. I will offer a space space for you to explore the effects of the trauma and build on your resilience and healing.
