My name is Rachael Orr and I am a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with over 15 years' experience working within the NHS, voluntary, and independent sectors, treating a range of acute, and chronic difficulties.
I have experience treating a range of depression, eating disorder, and anxiety conditions including OCD, Panic Disorder, PTSD/Trauma and Health Anxiety. I have a particular interest and training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and other 'Third Wave' Treatments for Chronic Depression, Chronic Anxiety, and Long-Term Health Conditions.
My clinical work is underpinned by a Compassion Focussed approach. I am an accredited BABCP Practitioner, Supervisor and Trainer, and Fellow of the Academy of Higher Education. Appointments are virtual via Zoom, with current availability at 8am on weekdays
