Hello. I’m Rachael, a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, and I would love to help you. I specialise in psychodynamic therapy, which looks at how your early life experiences affect your current relationships, feelings and behaviours. The aim is to help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, so you can make the best choices for you, allowing you to live a more contented life.
My practice is based in Glasgow’s Kinning Park, in a warm, welcoming and confidential space. Clients come to me with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, loss, relationships and trauma. I also welcome women who are perhaps struggling with the challenges that can accompany the menopause.
