Reaching out for therapy is a brave step but it can also be a daunting one. It can be hard to know where to turn to or who to trust. I understand this firsthand as I too sought therapy many years ago to help address my own battle with depression. Indeed it was this experience that ignited my passion for helping others struggling with their mental health and which led me to re-train as a therapist. I feel very privileged to be able to support people in their time of need and strive to do so by providing a non-judgemental, compassionate and collaborative space for talking.
As a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist working both in the NHS and privately, I can assess your current mood difficulties and show you how to apply CBT so as to help yourself feel better. I have experience in treating a range of conditions such as Depression, PTSD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, OCD, Social Anxiety and many more.
