My main areas of expertise is childhood trauma, resulting from emotional neglect. unmet emotional needs affect our self-esteem, and confidence, we become people pleasures, and makes it difficult to form health relationships. With schema therapy, we work to connect you with your emotional needs and encourage you to reparent your self in a healthy way.
