Recovery Through Compassion

Therapy group that draws on Compassion Focused Therapy, EMDR and Internal Family Systems Model to promote personal growth and recovery. The group aims to help with low self-esteem, impact of trauma and PTSD, low confidence, low mood and anxiety. The group is delivered in a small group setting with the benefit of peer support and having a sense of what it is to be human - knowing that "it is not just me". It is delivered weekly by a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist over 10 sessions, each session lasting 1 1/2 hours in a warm, safe environment.
