My experience of therapy changed my life and as a result I retrained to become a counsellor.
I offer a Humanistic approach to therapy and I will work with you to empower you and rebuild your self-confidence, self-esteem and resilience. Together we can create your personal "toolkit" which will enable you to take control of your life. You might feel overwhelmed at the moment and although we can't change your past, we definitely can change your future.
I work with adults and older adults and I am experienced in both short and long-term Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
