A warm welcome to you! At Polkerris Counselling, in a confidential space just for you, we can take time out from the pressures of life to work things out at your own pace, whether you are facing a life crisis or bereavement, experiencing anxiety, stress or depression or perhaps just feeling something isn't quite right. As an integrative counsellor, I have a range of approaches and techniques to offer to meet the situation you have brought. Currently, I'm often working with new parents, would-be parents and bereaved parents helping them successfully cope with a major life transition with all its pressures, whatever they may be.
Because people are so wonderfully unique and the problems of life are endlessly complex, I decided to train integratively so I can best meet whatever situation you bring. Currently, I am frequently working with relationship and family issues, life goals and stages, and loss and trauma with a range of clients.
