| 中文 I am a Counsellor and a Grief Educator with a background in Nursing. I provide short-term and long-term (open-ended) counselling to adults, age over 18. In-person counselling is conducted in Burley, New Forest and in Rownhams, Southampton. Remote counselling sessions can take place via Zoom WhatsApp, Team and phone call. You may feel apprehensive about choosing the right counsellor for the issues you wish to process. I offer a free 20 minute session to chat with me via WhatsApp or Zoom. The therapy I provide is trauma informed and attachment focused. It’s an integration of Humanistic Integrative Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Guided imagery with the approach of Compassionate Inquiry and Somatic Experiencing. I also specialise in Anxiety, Developmental trauma, OCD, Grief, Child loss, Cancer and Dementia.
In therapy with me, you will be able to offload in a safe and confidential space with no judgement. We will get in touch with your authentic self and deal with the challenges you're facing at mind & body level. I will walk side by side with you. We will process your difficulty together, we will make sense of it together and we will heal your wound together.
