I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist with previous experience of working an NHS and a university setting. I work with adults and young people 17+, who come to see me about anxiety, panic attacks, stress, trauma, relationship issues, difficulties at work, identity, low confidence, bereavement, depression, issues stemming from neurodiversity and people seeking personal development.
My approach is tailored to you; I use a variety of ways of helping people and will tailor the way we work together to suit you as an individual. The way I work is person centred and I may also use psychodynamic and CBT techniques as appropriate, it is important that we work together creatively to find the best way to help you find a way forward.
