Hello and welcome. I am an experienced BACP accredited Psychotherapist/Counsellor, EMDR Therapist, and Supervisor with over 12 years experience across the private and public sectors and with experience in both short-term and long-term work. I am able to help and support you with a diverse range of problems, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, bereavement, change/transitions, relationship and family problems, and sense of self or direction/purpose difficulties.
I am an interpersonal and existentially-based therapist with training and experience in CBT, EMDR, Person-Centred Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. This enables me to have an eclectic-integrative therapeutic style with comprehensive understanding of various models adapted to your level of readiness and your specific needs and values.
Sometimes it can be very difficult to reach out for help, but in doing so, it might be an important and meaningful first step towards understanding, development, and healing.
