I have been supporting men's sexual health, self-identity & wellbeing for over 30 years. I integrate specialist sexual health & HIV nursing experience, alongside evidence-based sex therapy for men struggling with problem sexual behaviours. I offer a safe and supportive environment to explore sexual urges, thoughts and behaviours with the aim to better understand, and make the changes you want.
The terms sex & porn addiction are controversial. You may be surprised to hear they are not actual diagnoses. I do not work within the sex addiction model, but rather a sex-positive, sexual health approach based on evidence. Please visit my website to learn more.
