Drawing from my experience in supporting adults with ADHD and grief, I employ techniques acquired through my training to help process your thoughts, uncover underlying emotions and support you in your Journey.
I understand the challenges you may be facing, drawing from my training at The Berne Institute and Cruse Bereavement Support, as well as my personal experience as an adult diagnosed with ADHD.
