Hello and a Warm Welcome, Are you the type of person who works hard and yet other people seem to be promoted before you? Do you put yourself last and yet others complain you don't do enough for them? Do you feel trapped in a cycle of negative patterns.? Does it feel like it has always been this way and always will be? Do you find you have difficulty saying No and then feel guilty or anxious when you need to say no? Do you then feel burnt out, stressed, or resentful towards others? Would you like to find a safe non-judgemental space where you can be seen and heard, a space for you to be able to talk about and process the issues?
In my practice, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where you can freely explore, learn, and grow on your terms. Drawing from my experience in supporting adults with ADHD and grief, I employ techniques acquired through my training to help process your thoughts, uncover underlying emotions and support you in your Journey.
I understand the challenges you may be facing, drawing from my training at The Berne Institute and Cruse Bereavement Support, as well as my personal experience as an adult diagnosed with ADHD. Together, we will navigate through these difficulties, and I will be there to support you, when you're ready to start, please reach out.
