Through my working life I have come to realise that an encounter with another person is among the richest and most rewarding experiences we can have. I believe everyone has a right to be heard. You may be surprised at what you have to say; about what you want, what you've had enough of, and perhaps, what you never realised you knew all along.
My qualifications are as an integrated therapist so I can share different perspectives. These may be psychodynamic, to do with learned patterns; or person-centred, to do with your lived experience. Mostly though, we will be in the hands of the person most familiar with your journey: you.
