Hi, I'm Pamela and if you are struggling to find meaning in life right now, I'm here to work with you to find the answers you need. I believe that the relationship between us is key to bringing about therapeutic change. I will listen with compassion and without judgement. As a person centred counsellor, I believe you are your own expert; I will endeavour to understand your experience from your perspective and together we will find new ways for you to grow and reach your full potential.
