Hello. I'm Penny and I offer short or long-term therapy with an integrative approach. Is there something that is troubling you? Maybe your feelings seem overwhelming, or you can’t identify what emotions you’re experiencing? As an integrative counsellor I tailor my approach to your needs as an individual. I will use various elements of different techniques to find what is right for you, and this might include drawing on person-centred or psychodynamic therapy, as well as other types of therapy. I am also a gender, sexuality and relationship diversity affirming counsellor.
