My aim is to help you reach your full potential, to feel fulfilled. Some people find that having a private confidential space just for them, with an expert, who is not family or friend gives them the space to process complicated feelings and thoughts. As a psychotherapist I am qualified to Master’s degree level and I have a further training in emotion-focused experiential therapy (Intensive Short Term Psychodynamic Therapy or I.S.T.D.P.). This allows me to work at a deeper level and if you have had counselling before and found it didn’t work for you, you might wish to try me.
Sometimes people come to therapy with really clear ideas about what they want from it and sometimes what they want emerges in therapy.
