I offer online counselling and psychotherapy. I initially trained and worked with people suffering work related stress following the 2008 financial crisis, and later I specialised in helping women who have survived childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault and violence, in a rape crisis centre.

You are important. Your happiness is important. I can help you to take control, make the changes you want to, and live your life. We can work together at your pace, whether you would like short term counselling or longer term work.
