Are you struggling at the moment feeling stressed, confused, frustrated, depressed, hopeless or stuck in dark place? Sometimes life gets overwhelming and difficult to face. Speaking with the right counsellor can help you explore all these "tangled" thoughts and feelings making it easier to look at them and gradually make sense of what you are going through. I offer a humanistic approach using different techniques (creative, mindfulness, CFT, CBT, solution-focused) that help you to see things differently and find ways to move forward with a new perspective and deeper peace. I also offer children and young people counselling.
I offer Integrative counselling for people (children, young people and adults) who are struggling with: depression, general anxiety, stress, confusion, loss, existential anxiety, anger, separation/divorce, significant change in life, sexual identity, adapting to a new culture/social group, being a carer, bullying, self-harm, isolation.
