I work with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, self harm, anger, bullying, self esteem, and more. If you need to find some space to talk to someone about your situation please contact me and I should be able to offer you an appointment within a few days. I provide a free, 30-minute no obligation consultation in which we can look at your main concerns. Whether therapy can help depends, in my opinion, on the relationship between us and how comfortable and safe you feel. I am also available by phone, Google meet or Teams.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor working from my office in Heswall. I am person centred and add other modalities such as solution focused therapy, DBT, CBT, NLP and others. I provide a confidential service within a sensitive, warm and safe space for you to explore your own situation.
I believe my strongest point is working from the heart, genuinely connecting with my clients. I feel very privileged being in a position where I get to witness how people transform, to be present in the room when clients get those amazing light bulb moments, when new perspectives are clear.
